Eurodib M20ETL Description
The Eurodib M20ETL bench model planetary mixer has a 20-quart capacity. It uses planetary mixing action to combine ingredients quickly and uniformly into smooth mixtures and emulsions. It mixes at low, medium, and high speeds, and shouldn’t be used to mix heavy doughs. The bowl, hook, whip, and beater are all made of stainless steel for durability, while the body is made of cast aluminum to resist corrosion. Its gear-driven transmission is designed to withstand frequent use.

faulty machine
We have been trying to troubleshoot an issue with the 20Qt eurodib for the past 2 days. It came in out of the box with what looks like an electrical issue... The fuze/breaker of the mixer keeps getting tripped even though we made sure we connected it to a 20A breaker. Might have to return it...
