Vollrath 38103 Description
The Vollrath 38103 ServeWell® hot food station is constructed with three thermoset, fiber-reinforced wells that can be cleaned quickly and combat rust and pitting. Thermostatic heat controls keep track of the station’s water temperature and food levels, adjusting automatically if either change. Each side of the station has premade guide holes, enabling breath guard mounting. A shelf underneath the equipment can hold boxes and cooking supplies, and a cutting board is included for the user's convenience. Its body, legs, and base are constructed of heavy-gauge stainless steel for durability and strength.
