Vollrath 3712C Description
Designed with a 12 1⁄2-inch diameter, the Vollrath 3712C Centurion® Jacob's Pride® cookware cover fits on various Vollrath pots and pans. Because it's made of stainless steel, it's durable, rust resistant, and easy to clean. The handle has a spot-welded attachment, which provides additional strength. This cover's domed shape encourages condensation that enables moisture to fall back into the food.
