Vollrath 3204 Description
Great for making a variety of sauces from marinara for pizza to alfredo for pasta, the Vollrath 3204 saucepan has a capacity of 16 3⁄4 quarts. Made of 18-10 stainless steel, this pan won't corrode, dent, or retain food stains, and because it contains iron, the material is compatible with induction units. To provide additional durability and improve consistency of the heat pattern, the bottom is clad in aluminum.
