The 0.059-inch-thick body of the Vollrath 47733 sauce pot is made of durable 18/8 stainless steel to withstand high-volume cooking. It features a 17-quart capacity, and it can be used in ovens or on gas, electric, induction, and ceramic cooktops. To effectively conduct heat, it has a 1⁄4-inch, aluminum-clad bottom.
