Vollrath 3310 Description
Constructed of durable stainless steel with a flat, aluminum-clad bottom, the Vollrath 3310 Centurion® Jacob's Pride® braising pot is ideal for simmering sauces and slow cooking meats. This material withstands intensive, repeated use without scratching or denting, making it ideal for high-volume environments. This pot is fitted with two securely welded handles to facilitate safe, comfortable transportation even when filled to its full 10 1⁄2-quart capacity.
