The Dinex DXP4HCM DineXpress™ hot and cold food serving counter supports buffet service with a single well that accommodates four pans and transitions between heated and refrigerated operation. Its 7 1⁄2-inch-deep well includes a drain and mechanically cooled system for chilled holding, while two 1,000-watt heating elements beneath the pan bottom provide consistent warming performance. A 14-gauge stainless steel top and stainless steel body panels resist corrosion, and the interlocking mechanism connects this unit with other DineXpress modules for coordinated serving lines.
