Cambro UPCHT800401 Description
For brisk product loading and retrieval, the Cambro UPCHT800401 Ultra Camcart® heated food pan carrier features a front-loading design and two compartments featuring a correlating swing-out door. Able to hold full-size pans with depths with 2 1⁄2, 4 inches, 6 inches, and 8 inches, it’s suitable for a wide variety of product for catering applications. After being closed, the doors latch to prevent temperature fluctuations. The unit’s double-wall polyethylene exterior stays cool to the touch throughout operation for improved user safety. Its 20 1⁄2-inch-wide by 27 1⁄8-inch-deep by 54-inch-high structure is furnished with swivel and fixed casters, while molded-in handles grant users steering control.
The Cambro UPCHT800401 food pan carrier’s top compartment has a heated door that holds food at temperatures between 150 and 165 degrees Fahrenheit. This temperature range doesn’t cook or dry food out, and users can monitor temperatures with the built-in thermometer located inside the door. Because both compartments are fully insulated with polyurethane foam, it can be used unplugged and store hot or cold foods. It retains temperatures for as long as 4 hours, and built-in vent caps release steam that can affect food texture.
