Cambro UPCHT800192 Description
This Cambro UPCHT800192 Ultra Camcart® heated food carrier features a heated top door that holds foods between 150 and 165 degrees Fahrenheit. This temperature range doesn’t dry out moist foods, and temperatures are recovered within 3 minutes when the door is opened and closed. Both compartments are insulated with polyurethane foam that retains temperatures for as long as 4 hours, meaning it can be used unplugged while storing hot or cold products. At the front of each compartment, a vent cap releases steam that could impact food quality throughout the holding process.
The Cambro 144-UPCHT800192 food carrier’s 20 1⁄2-inch-wide by 27 1⁄8-inch-deep by 54-inch-high structure is furnished with four 6-inch casters that swivel and brake for smooth maneuverability and assured stability. Furthermore, molded-in handles grant users control over steering. For versatility throughout operation, the compartments hold full-size food pans with depths of 2 1⁄2, 4, 5, and 8 inches. Swing-open doors offer full access to the cabinets for streamlined loading and retrieval, and sturdy nylon latches secure the doors in place to prevent heat fluctuations.
