Cambro UPCHT800131 Description
The Cambro UPCHT800131 Ultra Camcart® heated food pan carrier is built to maintain hot food temperatures during storage and transport. Featuring a heated top compartment, this unit is insulated with polyurethane foam and encased in a durable one-piece polyethylene shell. Its molded-in handles and nylon latch provide secure and easy operation, while a vent cap releases steam to preserve food quality.
With capacity for a variety of pan depths, the Cambro UPCHT800131 accommodates up to 12 pans at 2 1⁄2 inches deep, eight at 4 inches, six at 6 inches, or four at 8 inches. Supported by four 6-inch casters — two fixed, two swivel, and one with a brake — it offers smooth mobility and stability.
