Cambro UPCHT800191 Description
Furnished with heavy-duty swivel and fixed casters, this Cambro UPCHT800191 Ultra Camcart® H Series heated food pan carrier is intended to be moved through dining halls and catering events. Molded-in vertical handles provide users with steering control while the sturdy bumper helps protect walls and furniture from scuffs and scrapes. Made of gray, double-wall polyethylene, its exterior resists rust, cracks, and dents while remaining cool when the unit is operating. Its two-compartment structure accommodates as many as (12) 2 1⁄2-inch-deep food pans, and the two swing-open doors simplify product loading and retrieval.
The Cambro UPCHT800191 food pan carrier's top door is heated to maintain safe food temperatures with frequent door opening. It maintains temperatures between 150 and 165 degrees Fahrenheit, and it doesn't dry out moist foods prior to being served. This entire unit is built with thick, foamed-in-place polyurethane, so it's suitable for hot and cold foods, and it can be used as an electrical or non-electrical unit. Temperatures can remain stable for as long as 4 hours. To prevent sogginess, each compartment has a vent cap that expels steam. Throughout operation, users can monitor the digital thermometer located on the interior of the top heated door.
