Suitable for holding hot and cold foods, the Cambro UPCHT800110 Ultra Camcart® H Series heated food pan carrier is built with foamed-in-place polyurethane, which retains temperatures for as long as 4 hours when the unit is unplugged. The top heated door maintains temperatures between 150 and 165 degrees Fahrenheit, and it's ideal for operations that require back-to-back door opening or long-term storage in cold ambient temperatures. Each compartment has a vent cap that releases steam, preventing crisp foods from becoming soggy prior to being served. Users can monitor temperatures with the built-in thermometer located inside the top door.
The Cambro UPCHT800110 food pan carrier's two doors swing open 240 degrees, providing full access to the interior cabinet and simplifying the loading and retrieval process. This unit sports a double-wall polyethylene construction that resists rust, cracks, and dents while maintaining a cool exterior when the unit's interior is hot. The 20 1⁄2-inch-wide by 27 1⁄8-inch-deep by 54-inch-high structure is furnished with heavy-duty casters that streamline transportation through dining halls. Molded-in handles provide users with steering control, while the bumpers near the bottom of the unit can protect walls from harmful scuffs and scrapes.
