Cambro UPC600401 Description
Strong enough to support high-volume use, the Cambro UPC600401 Ultra Camcart® food pan carrier features a one-piece polyethylene shell as well as durable nylon door latches. The doors feature a 270-degree swing-open mechanism to ease loading and unloading, and the interior can accommodate eight full-size pans with a depth of 2 1⁄2 inches. Measuring 20 1⁄2 inches wide by 27 1⁄8 inches deep by 45 inches high, it has an approximate total capacity of 45 quarts.
This mobile Cambro UPC600401 insulated food carrier is mounted on four 5-inch casters, two of which swivel to maneuver around corners. Enabling users to steer it comfortably throughout dining areas, it's equipped with molded-in handles. It's insulated with polyurethane to preserve heat and has a pop-up vent to let steam escape and prevent sogginess. This unit comes in slate blue to support color coding.
