Cambro UPC600194 Description
For unobstructed interior access, the Cambro UPC600194 Ultra Camcart® food pan carrier's doors swing out 240 degrees. Its door latches are made of nylon for strength, and for additional durability, it features a one-piece polyethylene shell. This construction also simplifies cleaning. Enabling operators to transport the unit throughout dining rooms or event halls, it's equipped with four 5-inch casters.
Equipped with airtight gaskets and insulated with polyurethane, the Cambro UPC600194 insulated food carrier effectively preserves heat to preserve food freshness. To prevent it from becoming soggy, it features a pop-up vent that enables steam to escape. It loads from the front and has an approximate capacity of 45 quarts. Overall, this unit measures 20 1⁄2 inches wide by 27 1⁄8 inches deep by 45 inches high.
