Cambro UPC600158 Description
Durable enough to support high-volume use, the Cambro UPC600158 Ultra Camcart® food pan carrier features a double-wall, one-piece polyethylene shell. It's equipped with a pop-up vent to release steam and prevent sogginess; it's insulated with polyurethane to preserve heat. To stand out in dining rooms or fit in with a particular menu item, it comes in hot red. Overall, this unit measures 20 1⁄2 inches wide by 27 1⁄8 inches deep by 45 inches high.
Being a front-loading model, the Cambro UPC600158 insulated food carrier features two doors with a 270-degree swing-open mechanism and sturdy nylon door latches. It's situated on four 4-inch casters for mobility, and to offer a comfortable grip during transit, it's designed with molded-in handles. This unit has an approximate capacity of 45 quarts and can hold eight 2 1⁄2-inch-deep full-size pans.
