Cambro UPC600157 Description
The Cambro UPC600157 food pan carrier is ideal for catering operations, which can use the cart to move food pans and topping containers from the kitchen to serving sites. Two compartments in this carrier equip staff to carry separate pan types in one unit. Vent caps exhaust steam from the carrier, reducing food sogginess. This carrier's cabinet is built of double-walled polyethylene to boost strength and lengthen service life, and it's polyurethane insulated to minimize food pan thermal loss.
