Cambro UPC600192 Description
To optimize heat preservation, the Cambro UPC600192 Ultra Camcart® food pan carrier is built with airtight gaskets and polyurethane insulation. It's equipped with a pop-up vent to release steam and prevent menu items from becoming soggy. Its door latches are made of nylon for lasting durability; the doors' 270-degree swing-open feature eases loading and unloading from the front, with an approximate capacity of 45 quarts.
Made of polyethylene with a one-piece construction, the Cambro UPC600192 insulated food carrier's shell is sturdy and easy to clean. To facilitate transportation, it's positioned on four 5-inch casters, two of which swivel to maneuver corners. Because this unit comes in granite green, it can be incorporated into color-coded food delivery systems.
