With its 54-inch by 21-inch footprint and five levels of shelving, the Cambro CPU215484V5PKG Camshelving® Premium shelving unit can hold 2,000 pounds when it's fully loaded. Because the shelf plates are vented, they encourage uniform air circulation to maintain proper temperatures in walk-in units and prevent dust accumulation in dry storage. Resistant to damage from chemicals, humidity, and moisture, these shelf plates are made of polypropylene. This durable plastic is easy to wipe clean, dishwasher safe, and includes Camguard® antimicrobial protection—an agent that inhibits bacterial and mold growth to reduce the risk of product degradation, odors, and stains. Safe to use in humid dishrooms, dry pantries, and cold walk-in refrigerators and freezers, polypropylene can be used between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit.

Made for high-volume operations, this Premium-series Cambro CPU215484V5PKG starter shelving unit supports heavy boxed and bagged products as well as daily deliveries. Easier to assemble than Elements and Basics Plus models, it comes with unassembled post kits and molded-in dovetails. With these components already in place, operators don't have to spend time adding them to the posts. It also comes with traverses, which fit in place on the dovetails to provide support for the shelf plates. Made of steel with polypropylene exterior, the posts and traverses are durable and corrosion resistant.
