Made with five levels of louvered shelves, the Cambro CPU214284V5PKG Camshelving® Premium shelving unit promotes air circulation around stored products. This design maintains storage temperatures and prevents dust accumulation. Made of polypropylene, its removable shelf plates can be sanitized in a dishmachine. Between these more thorough cleanings, the shelves can be wiped clean quickly. Camguard® antimicrobial protection integrated into the shelf plates slows bacterial and fungal growth, reducing the risk of product degradation, stains, and odors.
This Cambro CPU214284V5PKG starter shelving unit measures 42 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 84 inches high and has an overall capacity of 2,000 pounds. The polymer construction resists damage from humidity, moisture, and chemicals, and it's safe to be used in temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit, so it can be installed in pantries, walk-in refrigerators and freezers, and dishrooms. Stronger and easier to assemble than Basics Plus and Elements series models, this unit is engineered for high-volume operations with heavy products and frequent deliveries. It comes with the components needed for assembly, including unassembled post kits, traverses, and molded-in dovetails.
