The Cambro CPU213084V5PKG commercial shelving kit has steel cores in its traverses and posts for increased durability and longevity. Its shelves each carry as much as 800 pounds, holding a wide range of items to fill kitchens' storage needs. The plates are vented so air can flow through gaps for even cooling in walk-in units and dust elimination in dry areas. This shelving unit tolerates temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit, so it can be cleaned with hot water or used in walk-in freezers.
