With a 2,000-pound overall capacity, the Cambro CPA217284V5PKG louvered add-on shelving unit can hold supplies, heavy equipment, and fresh produce, though each of the five shelves accommodate 800 pounds individually. Openings in the shelf plates enable air circulation to reduce dust buildup in a pantry and provide uniform product temperatures in a walk-in cooler. Made of polypropylene, the unit won't rust, corrode, or peel, and it withstands temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Cambro CPA217284V5PKG polymer shelving unit contains Camguard® antimicrobial protection to inhibit mold and bacterial growth. It comes with a post kit to attach to the shelves, and this unit includes 10 traverses and molded-in dovetails for installation. Because it's designed to extend an existing Camshelving® Premium starter shelving unit, it comes in speckled gray to ensure the two units match.
