The Cambro CPA183684V5PKG Camshelving® Premium shelving add-on kit is a good choice for various commercial kitchen establishments, where it can be used to augment an existing storage system. Made of polypropylene, the shelves can be quickly wiped down and washed clean with hot water. Each shelf has an 800-pound bearing threshold in order to provide ideal product storage capability.
