Suitable for bulk storage applications, the Cambro CPA216084V5PKG Camshelving® Premium shelving unit has a total capacity of 2,000 pounds. It features five shelf plates, each of which has a vented structure that enables air to flow freely around products to inhibit the buildup of moisture in cold areas and dust in dry environments. Constructed of polypropylene, the shelf plates are durable and simple to clean. To further improve sanitation, they're treated with an agent that inhibits microbial growth.
The Cambro CPA216084V5PKG add-on shelving unit withstands temperature between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit, permitting placement in walk-in freezers as well as hot kitchens. It's designed to be attached to an existing Camshelving Premium unit and includes the necessary equipment for assembly. To match other pieces in the Premium series, it comes in speckled gray. Overall, this unit measures 60 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 84 inches high.
