Cambro CBU214884V4580 Description
The Cambro CBU214884V4580 Camshelving® Basics Plus starter shelving unit is comprised of four tiers of vented shelf plates. Because air can move through the plates' gaps and around product, it creates an ideal storage space for perishable goods while reducing buildup of moisture and dust. Molded-in Camguard® antimicrobial agent helps protect stored contents from bacterial spread that could cause malodors and unsightly stains, and the shelves' polypropylene construction resists rusting and corroding that could affect storage quality. As product sizes vary, the shelves can be adjusted along the four composite posts.
Though each lower shelf has a 600-pound capacity, and the top shelf can hold 400 pounds, this Cambro CBU214884V4580 starter shelving unit is designed to support 1,800 pounds. It measures 48 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 84 inches high and is usable in temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Eight traverses, four bags of eight dovetails, and preassembled post connectors and wedges are included with this unit to expedite assembly. If the unit must be installed on an irregular flooring in a cooler, freezer, dishroom, or bakery, leveling feet built on the bottom of the composite posts stabilize the unit, reducing the risk of rocking and wobbling.
