This blade has a straight, ultra-sharp edge and is made of durable, high-carbon DEXSTEEL™. For comfortable handling, the knife has a Santoprene® and polypropylene handle, contoured to fit perfectly in the hand. Its slip-resistant design includes a protective finger guard. Because it comes in yellow, the handle works in color-coded prepping systems.
