The wide, 8-inch high-carbon steel blade supports heavy chopping tasks, while the tapered point performs dicing, mincing, and other fine work. Picture not Accurate Representation
Just graduated college and bought a set of several Dexter Russell black sofgrip knives for my first apartment. I've always loved the handles on my two dexter sofgrip fillet knives, and the picture showed that these knives had the same handle. Unfortunately, not only did I receive these knives much later than promised, but when they arrived the handles are a different shape, and not nearly as comfortable in my hand as the old ones. I wish I could return them but I just got back from college yesterday and it's well past the return window.
