Dexter Russell SG145-8PCP Description
The Dexter Russell SG145-8PCP Sofgrip™ chef's knife is designed to be used for general-purpose prep work in kitchens, such as chopping, separating, and other heavy tasks. Because the large blade section tapers to a point, it can also be used to trim, slice, dice, and mince. Its rust-resistant, high-carbon steel blade measures 8 inches long and is shaped to facilitate prep with an ergonomic rocking motion. Comfortable to grip, the white handle is made of soft, slip-resistant rubber.
