Global Solutions GS4150-A Description
Constructed of aluminum, the Global Solutions GS4150-A Nemco vegetable chopper is durable and scratch resistant. Its vertical design accepts potatoes and peppers on the base, and the weighted handle fits comfortably in one hand. To slice product, users push down on the handle and through the vegetables, which are then chopped to a coarse, 1⁄4-inch thickness. The legs have nonskid feet that help keep the unit stationary while in use.

Useless
The blades were dull on arrival. A waste of money.
I've used this product in a restaurant.
I used this product to dice onions, tomatoes, green bell peppers for several years in a restaurant. They work well and are fairly easy to clean. I'd do full hotel pans of each for use that day. I'd do it in a perforated pan inside the regular hotel pan so the juice would drain down and away from the product. Saved the runoff juice to use in soups or sauces. Now that I'm retired I'm going to buy one for home use.
