Edlund FDW-014 Description
The Edlund FDW-014 Titan Series Max-Cut™ dicer uses a 1⁄4-inch stainless steel blade cartridge to create consistent cuts during manual tabletop prep. Its quick-disconnect suction cup base helps secure the unit to a compatible work surface and can be removed when the station needs to be cleared or reconfigured. A built-in compartment organizes the blade between tasks, while the plastic pusher and protective wash guard support controlled ingredient handling, cleaning, and storage.
