Vollrath 15000 Description
The Vollrath 15000 InstaCut™ 3.5 dicer reduces prep time because it is three times faster than cutting by hand. It dices product into 1⁄4-inch pieces, and by making clean cuts, it eliminates bruising to enhance food presentation. Supporting different applications, the blade assembly can be removed and switched out with a different size dicer, wedger, or corer assembly. This dicer operates manually, so it is convenient to use. To use, product should be placed on the blade assembly, and as the user pushes the handle down, the product is pushed through it and diced.
