Vollrath 15016 Description
The Vollrath 15016 Redco® InstaCut™ dicer comes with a blade that makes 1⁄2-inch cubes, and its pop-in, pop-out blade design enables it to function as dicer, wedger, or corer. Its thermoset blade frames are corrosion resistant and require no adjustments, but they are not intended for use with hard root vegetables. This unit can be mounted onto a wall, saving counter space for other equipment.
