Ideal for cooking large batches, the Cleveland SEL30TR DuraPan™ braising pan has a 30-gallon capacity, and with a versatile design, the skillet can be used for almost any cooking method, from braising and sautéing to pan frying and grilling. The cooking surface is clad in stainless steel and measures ⁵⁄₈ inch thick. Because the corners in the pan are coved, crevices that could trap debris are eliminated. Gallon and liter marks are integrated into the pan so users can precisely measure out ingredients.

Adjustable on the electronic thermostat, the temperature in this Cleveland SEL30TR tilt skillet ranges from 100 to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and can be set by the operator. Its heating system efficiently and evenly distributes heat, providing quick preheat and recovery times. In 15 minutes, this unit can preheat, and in 60 minutes, it can boil a full-capacity load of cold food. Because the unit tilts, operators can conveniently pour cooked food into a pan or container. The lip directs food as it pours, while the food strainer removes solid food from broths and stocks.
