Groen BPP-30EC Description
The Groen BPP-30EC electric braising pan is constructed of rust-resistant stainless steel, which is durable and eases cleaning, while the cooking surface is made of a thick, stainless steel-clad plate with clamped on flat bar heating elements. Graduated fill marks are etched into the body, enabling users to measure the contents for more precise cooking. Mounted on the front, the controls are contained within a water-resistant enclosure that prevents the controls from being damaged by condensate.
The Groen BPP-30EC tilting braising pan's body tilts smoothly and quickly using a motorized tilt mechanism that gives users precise control when pouring. A tilt switch initiates operation and enables the body to tilt into three positions, including one at 7 degrees for griddling. In the event of a power outage, the manual override provides a way to manually tilt the pan.
