The San Jamar CBG152012PR Saf-T-Grip® Allergen Saf-T-Zone™ cutting board helps designate a dedicated surface for allergen-sensitive food preparation. Purple copolymer forms the rectangular work surface, while nonslip grip corners help keep it positioned during use. The cutting board features an integrated ruler for sizing portions and a food safety hook that helps minimize contaminants when the board is lifted. The 1⁄2-inch-high board is dishwasher safe.
