Available in green for integration into color-coded operations, the San Jamar CBG152012GN Saf-T-Grip® cutting board’s food safety hook helps maintain a sanitary surface after cleaning. Located on one corner, the hook enables users to hold it without touching the entire board; this design also supports hanging storage. To help minimize the risk of injury, all of its corners have an anti-slip grip to secure it in place. Users can cut ingredients in desired portions with the integrated ruler. This board is made of a copolymer that resists high heat, and it can be placed in a dishwasher for streamlined cleaning. Overall, it measures 20 inches wide by 15 inches deep by 1⁄2 inches high.
