CookTek B651-RD Description
The CookTek B651-RD (659101) drop-in commercial induction buffet warmer drops into a countertop and measures 13 inches wide by 13 inches deep by 3 3⁄4 inches high. Its high-temperature glass-ceramic top is simple to clean and automatically detects when a pan is present to transmit energy. Users can set as many as 11 temperature settings ranging from 80 to 250 degrees Fahrenheit, and four settings come standard with the unit. To prevent unwanted temperature changes, it's equipped with a lock feature, and an LED display offers a readout for monitoring.
Unlike traditional heating options, the CookTek B651-RD (659101) induction buffet warmer is energy efficient to save users' money and quiet to minimize disturbances. It diagnoses problems with its microprocessor, which monitors the components to check for technical issues and overheating. Built with an aluminum housing, this unit is durable and corrosion resistant.
