CookTek B652-RD Description
The CookTek B652-RD (659201) drop-in commercial induction buffet warmer saves anywhere from four to 11 temperature settings to consistently warm frequented foods. Quiet and energy efficient, it doesn't operate with an open flame, and it warms within the range of 80 to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Energy is automatically transferred to a pan as soon as it's placed on the top, which is made of glass ceramic for simplified cleaning. An LED display offers a temperature readout, and a lock feature prohibits accidental adjustments.
To drop into a countertop cutout, the CookTek B652-RD (659201) commercial induction buffet warmer measures 13 inches in diameter by 3 3⁄4 inches high. The vital components are monitored, and problems are self-diagnosed with a microprocessor that checks for power supply issues and overheating. Durable and corrosion resistant, its housing is constructed of aluminum that withstands use in commercial establishments.
