CookTek 671201 Description
Built to support efficient food holding, the CookTek 671201 SinAqua™ drop-in induction hot food well fits one full-size pan within a 6-inch-deep rectangular opening. Its waterless induction system transfers heat directly to compatible pans, eliminating plumbing requirements while maintaining consistent results. Two independently controlled heat zones provide flexibility for different pan setups, and automatic pan detection helps conserve energy. A microprocessor with LED display, timer, and lock feature ensures accurate and dependable temperature control.
