CookTek 671101 Description
Configured for versatile buffet service, the CookTek 671101 SinAqua™ drop-in induction hot food well supports one full-size pan in a 6-inch-deep rectangular opening. Its waterless induction system heats compatible pans directly, eliminating plumbing while maintaining efficient operation. Two independently controlled heat zones allow flexible pan arrangements, while automatic pan detection reduces idle energy use. A microprocessor with LED display, timer, and lock feature provides dependable and precise temperature control.
