To reduce the risk of cross contamination, the Winco KWP-60Y boning knife's yellow handle indicates it's meant for use with raw poultry in an HACCP system. This ergonomic, slip-resistant polypropylene handle grants a secure, comfortable grip throughout use, while its finger guard protects a user's digits from injury. Constructed of economical high-carbon steel, its 6-inch-long blade is harder than stainless steel and simpler to resharpen. This curved, flexible blade can be used to carve chicken with precision.
