Winco KWP-60 Description
As part of the Stal series, the Winco KWP-60 boning knife is constructed of economical high-carbon German steel, which resists stains and can be resharpened quickly. Its curved, flexible blade measures 6 inches long and can be used to carve fish and chicken with precision. The white polypropylene handle provides an ergonomic, nonslip grip so users can slice with control; a finger guard at the handle's front helps reduce the risk of injury.
