Winco KWP-60R Description
This Winco KWP-60R boning knife's polypropylene handle comes in red to indicate it's meant to be used with raw meat, thus preventing cross contamination. The handle's ergonomic, slip-resistant design improves user comfort during rigorous slicing, and a finger guard helps protect users' fingers from injury. Because it's part of the Stal series, it's more economical than Winco's other boning knives. Its high-carbon German steel blade resists stains while providing a lasting edge, and it can be sharpened quickly to reduce maintenance time. The curved, flexible blade is designed to carve soft meats, such as chicken and fish. While the blade measures 6 inches long, this knife is 11 1⁄4 inches long, overall.
