Duke 613-E3V Description
The Duke 613-E3V single convection oven is insulated, so the exterior stays cool to the touch. Air is circulated around food stored on six racks by a two-speed fan, and these racks can be adjusted into 13 positions. When food melts in the cabinet or crumbs drop to the bottom, the porcelain interior can be wiped clean to remove debris. The doors are made of stainless steel—a material that resists corrosion, dents, and scratches.
Elevating the unit to a suitable working height, the Duke 613-E3V full-size electric convection oven is mounted on 27-inch legs. Its feet can be adjusted if needed, as well. Because the doors are dependent, they open together with the use of a single hand, freeing up the employee’s other hand to hold items. A snap-action thermostat enables temperature adjustments from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
