Duke 613-E3V Description
With a temperature range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, the Duke 613-E3V full-size electric convection oven can cook a variety of products. It has six racks to hold different types of food, and to accommodate large and small items, the racks can be adjusted in 13 different ways. Operators can use the snap-action thermostat to adjust the temperature and a dial to set the 60-minute timer. When food is ready, the timer will buzz to alert employees.
The Duke 613-E3V single convection oven has a window that provides a look inside the cabinet, which is illuminated with an interior light to further facilitate monitoring. When an employee’s hands are full, the dependent doors can be opened with just one hand for access to the cabinet. Providing streamlined cleaning, the inside of this unit is made of porcelain and prevents crumbs from sticking.
