Duke 613-E3V Description
The Duke 613-E3V single electric convection oven has a 60-minute timer that can be adjusted with a dial, and when food is done cooking, it buzzes to inform users. The temperature can be adjusted from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit with a snap-action thermostat, and insulation throughout the cabinet ensures no hot air leaves the unit. Its large doors are made of durable stainless steel, and its porcelain interior can be wiped clean after use.
To hold product, the Duke 613-E3V full-size convection oven has six racks, and each of them can be maneuvered into 13 differing positions to accommodate both large and small foods. To monitor food as it cooks, the doors have a window, and the cabinet has interior lights to illuminate product. Air is circulated evenly throughout the cooking chamber using a two-speed fan.
