Duke 613-E2XX Description
The Duke 613-E2XX electric convection oven has adjustable, 8-inch legs that can be raised or lowered until the unit is at a comfortable working height for employees. With two cabinets, multiple foods can be cooked at once, speeding up ticket times in a commercial kitchen. Both cabinets have windows in the doors that enables users to see inside, and they open dependently for one-handed operation.
To inform users when food is done cooking, the Duke 613-E2XX double full-size convection oven comes with a 12-hour digital timer. The control panel also enables users to program the temperature within a range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit using solid-state controls. To facilitate cleaning, the interior is made of porcelain—a material that can be wiped clean—and the doors are made of durable stainless steel.
