Duke 613-E2XX Description

Able to cook two different types of food at the same time, the Duke 613-E2XX electric convection oven has two decks with individual controls. A panel on the front of each of them has solid-state controls that enable temperature adjustments from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and a countdown timer that runs for as long as 12 hours to inform users when food is ready. It also has a cook-and-hold feature, keeping product ready to serve after it’s cooked.

The Duke 613-E2XX double full-size convection oven has 12 racks, with six in each deck. These racks can be adjusted a total of 26 ways to accommodate a wide range of product needs. Through the windows in the front of the doors, employees can check on food while it cooks, ensuring it isn’t burning. This unit is elevated off the ground on 8-inch legs to provide a comfortable working height.
