T&S 5PR-8W14 Description
The T&S 5PR-8W14 Equip pre-rinse unit has a 44-inch stainless steel hose for reaching into the sink bowl and around dishes. Controlled with a heat-resistant handle and hold-down lever, the hose will not burn users while they pre-rinse dinnerware. Its finger hook holds the hose out of the way when not in use. The add-on faucet can swivel over to fill a large pot for boiling water. Color-coded lever handles activate the swing faucet and ceramic cartridges control the waterflow.
The polished, chrome-plated brass body on this T&S 5PR-8W14 pre-rinse unit can support high-volume applications. It is made to be mounted on a wall on 8-inch centers, which can be adjusted 1⁄4 inch in either direction. For durability, a 6-inch wall bracket secures the tall neck to the wall, preventing it from bending over time.

Poor Quality
Within 1 year of using this product, the center handle would no longer shut off the water flow to the faucet/sprayer. The water just continued thru to run out of the faucet. They replaced the middle section of the product under warranty. Not even a year later, it's failed again. Same piece, same place, same problem. I'm not a large restaurant so it's not like it gets used & abused like larger restaurant usage. I'm replacing with another brand. Waste of my money.

Just as good as the original
I put this in the oldest Cajun restaurant in Houma La (60yrs) replacing the exact model and they are very pleased. It actually fit on the original fittings so it was simple to change out. Works great! Come visit A-Bears in Houma!!
