Star UM1850AT Description
The Star UM1850AT Ultra-Max® impingement conveyor oven has a 50-inch by 18 9⁄10-inch belt, and the direction it operates in can be adjusted. Using electronic controls, operators can change the time and temperature to suit any application. The manager lock-out feature prevents tampering and unauthorized access. Users can monitor the temperature on the readout, and it can be set in Fahrenheit or Celsius.
Measuring 24 inches long, this Star UM1850AT Ultra-Max conveyor oven's cooking chamber has an opening that can be adjusted from 1 1⁄2 to 4 inches tall. The belt motor and centrifugal fan move heat around the cooking chamber, baking food quicker than most traditional options. To cool the components in the control box, a fan is integrated into the unit.
