The Star 214HX Miniveyor® conveyor oven can make (31) 9-inch-diameter pizzas per hour. Infrared quartz heating elements are located above and below the conveyor belt to quickly and evenly heat product. To keep the belt cool-to-the-touch and protect integral components, the Star 214HX Miniveyor conveyor operates with a convection system. Chamber openings adjust from 11⁄2 inches to 3 inches to accommodate different products, while speed and top and bottom heat are adjustable with the analog controls.
